Use and Care Instructions:

• Dishwasher and freezer safe
• Do not microwave 
• Do not boil the silicone container for longer than 5 minutes while sterilizing
• Do not fill with carbonated or hot beverages 
• If freezing the bottle, fill it ¾ full so there’s room for water to expand
• If flying with the bottle, beware the change in pressure could force extra fluid into the straw, causing it to spurt on the first sip
• One year limited warranty
